In the movie, Star Wars, The force is the power that reigns in the universe. For us Christians, The Force is Jesus. In talk # 1 Move Mountains, Bro. Bo Sanchez said that people compare their problem with mountains which are big and immovable. But Jesus says have faith in God. (not in the mountain). Stop telling God how big your mountain is. rather, Start telling your mountain how big your God is. Bro. Bo gave three steps on how to move mountains.
1. Identify your mountain. Mountains, just like problems, have many layers on top of each other. There is surface problem and source problem. Unless the source problem is solved, you cant solve the surface problem.
For example, having debts is a surface problem. The source problem is materialism and financial ignorance
2. Identify your authority over the mountain When you have a problem, you pray. Jesus at a certain point, you should switch to speaking with authority to the mountain to move it. Don't beg or plead. When you speak, something happens. Although not immediatey noticeable, changes do happen beneath the surface.
3. Identify where you want the mountains to go. When you pray against a problem, add the solution and situation that you want to happen. Focus on the solution, and not on the bigness of the problem. Focus on the mountain mover. His name is Jesus.
