How to be happy? Visit Quezon City's La Mesa Ecopark

Unknown to several people who lives here in Quezon City, La Mesa Ecopark is one of the best places to visit.

Going back to history, To sustain the Save La Mesa Watershed Project, Bantay Kalikasan, in partnership with the MWSS and the Q.C. Government, rehabilitated and renovated a 33 hectare public park located right outside the natural boundaries of the watershed and 40 meters below the reservoir. In September 2004, it was renamed La Mesa Ecopark and reopened to the public. All revenues generated by La Mesa Ecopark are utilized for the continuous preservation and protection of La Mesa Watershed.

There are lots of recreational activities you could try and enjoy here like wall climbing, zipline ridding, swimming and paintball shooting. Unfortunately, I was not able to try all of those butIi enjoyed the view of their Lopez Picnic Grounds, Salt Water Swimming Pool, Superferry Boating Lagoon, Fishing Lagoon, Petron Fitness and Mountain Bike Trail ,Shell Flower Terraces ,Ecomuseum Butterfly Trail with Hatchery and many more (Im just tired to mention each. Hehe)

If you want to relax or to appreciate Mother Nature more, I recommend you to visit here. You will enjoy the happy ambiance of the place.
