Bro. Bo Sanchez Talk of the Week July 3, 2011 ( Move Mountains )

In the movie, Star Wars, The force is the power that reigns in the universe. For us Christians, The Force is Jesus. In talk # 1 Move Mountains, Bro. Bo Sanchez said that people compare their problem with mountains which are big and immovable. But Jesus says <i>have faith in God</i>. (not in the mountain). Stop telling God how big your mountain is. rather, Start telling  your mountain how big your God is. Bro. Bo gave three steps on how to move mountains.<br />
<br />
1. <i>Identify your mountain.</i> Mountains, just like problems, have many layers on top of each other. There is <b>surface problem</b> and <b>source problem.</b> Unless the source problem is solved, you cant solve the surface problem.<br />
For example, having debts is a surface problem. The source problem is materialism and financial ignorance<br />
<br />
2. <i>Identify your authority over the mountain </i>When you have a problem, you pray. Jesus at a certain point, you should switch to speaking with authority to the mountain to move it. Don't beg or plead. When you speak, something happens. Although not immediatey noticeable, changes do happen beneath the surface.<br />

3. <i>Identify where you want the mountains to go. </i>When you pray against a problem, add the solution and situation that you want to happen. Focus on the solution, and not on the bigness of the problem. Focus on the mountain mover. His name is Jesus.<br />

Even though George Samson performance was terrific, he failed to make it to the contest semi finals. Judges commented that the teenage street dancer was not ready yet. It was a heart breaking loss for George. Adding more insults to injury,    He also had to cope with a rare condition called <b>Scheuermann's disease</b>, a curvature of the spine that hits fast-growing teenagers.  The condition left him blind in one eye for two months before Christmas 2007 and doctors had warned him he should stop his beloved breakdancing in case it left him permanently disabled.<br />

"The spinal nerves were trapped and it affected my optic nerves.  I lost all my coordination and it was really hard to dance, as I didn't have my balance. I kept bumping into everything." George Sampson said<br />

George never gave up, a year after a heartbreaking failure, George tried it again. More determined, More focused and with more confidence and techniques, George showed the world what he can do. <br />
